Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performance and infrastructure Test Plans.
- Design, review, and execute performance testing scenarios and scripts.
- Prepare testing environments and ensure all testing prerequisites are met.
- Conduct performance, infrastructure, and disaster recovery (DR) testing.
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Document testing activities, defects, and results using the organization's defect management tools.
- Prepare testing reports and present findings to project stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and stability of digital services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Performance Tester or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, NeoLoad, Postman, Selenium, or IBM Rational Performance Tester.
- Strong understanding of:
- Performance Testing
- Infrastructure Testing
- Test Planning & Test Case Design
- Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing
- Able to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective testing scenarios.
- Familiar with .NET Framework and/or Java.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Performance testing certification is a plus.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
