KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create detailed comprehensive and well- structured test plans and test cases
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement latest testing tools and test strategies to maximize development efficiency
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs in standard tracking tools
Perform thorough functional & regression testing
Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Enhance quality assurance practices through automation.
REQUIRMENTS:
SQL (Database testing)
API testing
Mobile application testing
Unix (primarily for verifying logs)
Strong knowledge of QA processes, testing concepts, STLC
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs in standard tracking tools
Perform thorough functional & regression testing
Automation knowledge / experience using any tool (Selenium, Appium, etc)
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Exposure to Agile work environment
Experience in using JIRA
