As a QA Manual Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform, focusing on manual validation while actively participating in the transition toward QA Automation.

Key responsibilities
Manual testing
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Validate new features and perform regression testing to ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and document defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Analyze test scenarios, identify risks, and ensure appropriate test coverage.
Transition to QA Automation
• Learn about automation tools such as Playwright, TypeScript, and Gherkin.
• Support the team in implementing automated tests to improve testing efficiency.
• Work alongside QA engineers to develop automation testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure testing is well integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Propose improvements in quality assurance processes and test strategies.
• Contribute to the documentation of test cases and best practices.
Requirements
• 2 – 4 years of experience in manual testing.
• Experience in testing web applications and APIs.
• Basic knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document and communicate issues effectively.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
Nice to have
• Interest in learning test automation (Playwright, TypeScript, Gherkin).
• Previous experience with test case management tools such as TestRail.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
