Apex Systems is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a banking client where you will undertake system integration testing and partake in all phases of the QA lifecycle including requirements review, test scrip preparation, exection, and recap for core business applications.

This position will work in a hybrid work setting in either Cleveland, OH or Buffalo, NY.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
Experience with Jira or similar (azure devops, etc)
Experience with Automation QA – Selenium, Cypress, Protractor, etc
Experience with XRAY (jira test case tool)
Responsibilities:
Ability to estimate efforts, inclusive of unknowns and ambiguity Leads the QA team for a project and is answerable to all activities conducted to ensure quality.
Oversees the quality in all phases of the project including Requirement review, test script preparation, and test execution and recap.
Identifies gaps and confusions in the user interface and/or the workflow , etc and highlights to the project team the risks associated with technical debt, schedule slippage or other areas of concern.
Ability to define and mockup both positive and negative scenarios, as well as work on edge case testing
Ability to work well in fast passed environment
