Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, results-orientedQuality Assurance Engineer with outstanding communication abilities and a robust work ethic. In this dynamic role, you will manage all aspects of the quality control production process including audits and ISO compliance, ensuring organizational practices align with company standards and meet current ISO requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve Corrective and Preventive Action Plans for products and processes.
Evaluate all reliability testing, equipment servicing, and calibration processes.
Conduct failure analyses, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Execute internal audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Coordinate factory audits with UL (Underwriter’s Laboratory) and other regulatory bodies.
Communicate regularly with customers and vendors via conference calls and provide detailed reports.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other internal teams to uphold quality standards.
Devise proactive solutions and implement Quality department strategies throughout the organization.
Carry out additional assessments and analyses as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, quality control, and leadership.
Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and tools.
Knowledge of server component design and operations, as well as computer system integration processes.
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience in quality system training with knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, multifaceted environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to various manufacturing and warehouse locations as needed.
