Job Purpose
Inward, Online, Final quality control inspection, study, analysis and feedback
Sampling the process PV modules and reporting of Auto stringing, Lamination, Sun Simulator etc.
Overall support to DGM Quality Assurance in meeting Quality objectives
Principal Accountabilitie
sUpkeep of necessary quality documents/ drawing
.Ensure the highest quality standards for products manufactured
.Establish adequate process controls and ensure strict compliance
.Setting up / modifying quality assurance tests at different stations
.Supporting production on new product release trials, specifications, etc
.Process Inspection, Solder-ability & Soldering process validation
.Final Product Inspection and FG/Product Clearance
.Responsible for Prepare, Analyze & to send daily Inspection Report
.Responsible for reducing the Process & Final Product Rejection, to find-out root cause analysis for the defect thereby taking Corrective action for the same and updating Risk Register
.Monthly Analysis of the rejection data using Quality Tools
.Interacting with the Production Team if any deviations are observed in the process/product

Experience / Qualifications Requir
ed Degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering with a good academic reco
rd Ideally 2 to 3 years’ experience in Quality departme
nt Quick Learner who can learn and understand the requirements of the Product, Specification, and Inspection Methodolo
gyAble to work in all the 3 shifts & if any change in shifts within a quick notice perio
d.Good Behavior & Interpersonal Skill
s.Computer Knowledge with Windows 10/11, Office & Excel Skill
s.Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, EMS & OHSA
