Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to close Business Gaps: Not afraid to ask clarifying questions, even on topics others may already assume are understood
Design and produce: Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases appropriate to each Test Layer, with a primary focus on Business Impact avoiding the trap of chasing obscure Edge Cases that have little to no realistic chance of occurring in a business context
Execute testing with maximum efficiency: By applying Tools and AI to reduce time-to-completion while maintaining high reliability and accuracy
Conduct Exploratory Testing strategically: to uncover critical defects before delivery

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Software Testing
Strong understanding of systems from both Technical and Business perspective able to connect system behavior to actual user requirements
Able to independently design, implement, modify, and maintain Automated Testing from scratch (Cypress / Playwright)
Able to independently design, implement, and modify Performance Testing from scratch (JMeter / K6)
Understands the capabilities, limitations, and security considerations of AI with hands-on experience applying AI in real work contexts at a level of complexity beyond simply asking AI to generate Test Cases from Requirements
Proficient in core tooling, including:

– Project Management: Jira / ClickUp

– API Testing: Postman / Bruno / Swagger

– Database Management: DBeaver / SQL

– Version Control: GitHub / GitLab

– Browser Debugging: Chrome DevTools

You need a long-term plan that doesn't change product direction and priorities shift regularly in response to market demands
You prefer working in silos we don't hand work over the wall; we collaborate end-to-end to close gaps together from start to finish
You're not ready to learn AI on your own we operate AI-driven; if your preference is to stay focused on Manual Testing without independently exploring AI, this role may not be the right fit yet
You work reactively or need guidance at every step we offer autonomy and do not micromanage; we're looking for someone with High Ownership who can take initiative and move forward independently
