Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of software, hardware, and firmware to meet specifications and industry standards.
Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases to validate the functionality and performance of Battery Management Systems.
Identify and anticipate potential user issues to ensure a seamless experience.
Manage the bug life cycle, including reporting, tracking, analysis, and verification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new project development and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements:
Knowledge of electronics.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
Advantages:
Experience with task-tracking tools such as Jira.
Previous experience in firmware or hardware testing.
Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools.
Basic knowledge of a programming language.
Understanding of RS232 and CAN communication protocols.
