This is a unique opportunity to build QA processes from the ground up, supporting cutting-edge innovations in maritime, aviation, and autonomous vehicle technology.
What You’ll Do:
Establish and lead QA practices in scientific backend research and data-driven development.
Work closely with across international team to improve testing, compliance, and safety-critical processes.
Define best practices, documentation standards, and tool selection for quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with safety-critical industry standards (ideal backgrounds include defense, medical, automotive, aviation).
Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, and researchers to improve the integrity and reliability of satellite positioning technology.
Support the rollout of new MVPs and product innovations in emerging markets.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in QA & Testing for scientific or data-driven backend systems (not UI-focused).
Experience working in safety-critical industries (e.g., defense, research, medical, automotive, aviation).
Ability to own the QA process, define best practices, and advise on tools and methodologies.
Strong documentation skills and a process-driven mindset.
Comfortable working with legacy systems and modernizing QA processes.
Strong communication skills to bridge across teams.
