Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pondok Indah, Jakarta Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience in testing mobile and web applications. Proficiency in SQL, Postman, and MS Access is essential. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and design detailed test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases for mobile apps (Android/iOS), web applications, and integration tests.
Document test results thoroughly and accurately.
Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure software quality.
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Technical:
Proven experience in the field of Software Development.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in creating test plans and test cases using applications like Jira.
Experience testing mobile apps (Android/iOS), web applications, and integration tests.
Must have experience using SQL (DML), Postman, and MS Access.
Knowledge related to insurance is a plus.
