Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.
Duties
Inspect and test products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document inspection results and report any defects or discrepancies to the production team.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
Operate forklifts safely when necessary for material handling and product movement.
Experience
Previous experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing facility is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
