I'm currently supporting an innovative medical device company that is looking to strengthen its Quality team with the addition of a QA Engineer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing MedTech business where you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System while working closely with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Product Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement activities across quality processes and documentation
• Manage CAPAs, non-conformances, root cause investigations, and effectiveness checks
• Support and participate in internal audits, supplier audits, and external audit preparation
• Maintain document control processes and quality records
• Support production quality activities, including incoming inspections and product release documentation
• Assist with change control activities and quality impact assessments
• Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support training activities and promote quality awareness across the business
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• 2-5 years of Quality Assurance experience within the Medical Device industry
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485
• Experience managing CAPAs, non-conformances, audits, and document control activities
• Familiarity with EU MDR and/or FDA regulations would be advantageous
• Experience working with eQMS platforms is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Fluent English communication skills
