Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, quality assurance, and controlling quality operations in accordance with specified standards.
- Monitor operations and conduct analysis to improve quality levels in collaboration with the factory.
- Manage SMQCDE within the department.
- Oversee key aspects of New Model evaluations and summarize operational results, including presenting reports to Top Management.
- Collect and analyze quality data to enhance process efficiency.
- Monitor and control product quality to prevent defects from reaching the market and customers.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/industrial technology/ automotive engineering or related field
- Good communication in English (TOEIC score 500 up)
- Be able to check and analysis quality issue of automotive part (Engine Crankcase, Cylinder head, Cylinder Block)
- Can ride any type of motorcycle and have a driver's license.
- Good commence in basic computer application (MS. office, CATIA V5 / Solid Work, online meeting application)
- Having experience in automotive industry background and knowledge of automotive part (function will be an advantage.
