Quality Assurance Officer
TailorMinds is recruiting for several clients in the life science industry for QA Officers. The range is varied as there are many aspects to quality. Think of deviation management, root cause analysis and using a QMS. Our clients are preferably looking for plug-and-play candidates who can start for one of their several projects in The Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and work out quality deviations within the department and record them using a quality management system (QMS)..
Ensure and monitor timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) on quality improvements.
Support the department in internal and external audits and inspections.
Acting as first point of contact regarding quality issues and quality issues around production.
Reviewing and adjusting documentation so that it complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensures timely updating of documents or creation of new documents in connection with changes in processes and working methods.
Proactively identify, initiate and propose improvement actions to prevent/reduce deviations within own area of focus.
Knowledge and experience:
BSc working and thinking level.
Good command of both the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
A few years experience in the life science industry.
Experience in working with a QMS.
Experience in applying Quality tools. (Root cause investigation, risk management).
You have a quality mindset and eye for detail.
You are flexible, accurate, persistent, eager to learn and want to work in a dynamic environment.
You are good at observing, spotting and taking initiative.
