We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to help improve product performance, troubleshoot quality issues, and keep an eye on manufacturing and supplier processes. If you’re detail-oriented, good at problem-solving, and have a passion for making things better, this could be the role for you!
Position Details:
Keep track of product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Investigate quality concerns, figure out what’s causing issues, and implement fixes.
Perform failure analysis on hardware to get to the root of performance problems.
Work closely with suppliers and partners to make sure quality standards are met.
Oversee inspections of marketing assets and handle any necessary rework.
Ensure quality control checks are in place throughout the design and manufacturing process.
Monitor customer feedback and complaints, then use that data to drive improvements.
Support product development by making sure new designs are both high-quality and manufacturable.
Manage quality checks on production batches and partner facilities.
Track and analyze hardware returns and warranty claims.
Ensure all products meet strict quality specifications before they hit the market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred but not required).
5-10 years of experience in quality management, engineering, or a related role.
Experience working with overseas suppliers and managing quality control remotely.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose hardware failures.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing troubleshooting and inspections.
Protyping/testing and collaborating with engineers to develop & test prototypes.
