Forte Group is looking for a General Quality Assurance Engineer (Salesforce) to join the leading financial project offering retirement and custodian services to individuals, advisors, businesses, and financial institutions.
You will be working as part of the QA team that provides a range of testing services to ensure high quality of the released software. As a General Quality Assurance Engineer you will be involved in analyzing requirements, designing highly effective test cases and executing multiple testing activities that govern existing quality gates (Smoke, Regression, Post-Deployment cycles). You will be able to learn automation and performance testing tools as you progress in your role.
Responsibility
- Drive the full cycle of product testing (functional, regression testing, integration, smoke, end-to-end, etc.)
- Review and analyze project requirements and specifications
- Develop manual test scenarios and test suites, and maintain test documentation
- Implement and execute tests at all planned levels
- Report over the manual testing results and possible risks
- Support the full cycle of defect tracking & management
- Testing and support during infrastructure updates
- Support new system releases by performing regression and smoke testing
- Contribute to project documentation & knowledge base maintenance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance & Testing
- Salesforce Experience
- Practical experience in test automaton
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand multi-component systems
- Experience of testing complex integrated systems; understanding of how client-server applications work
- Experience with using Remote Machines and their maintenance
- Understanding of QA processes, approaches, methodologies, and ability to apply the knowledge in daily operations
- Experience producing test assets (requirements gathering, test cases, test scenarios)
- Experience with software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, User Acceptance Testing)
- Requirements analysis & testing skills
- Good communication skills
Good to have
- SOAP/REST API testing experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Test automation (Java, Maven, TestNG, Playwright, BrowserStack)
- Experience with Postman API
