The Quality Review Analyst II position is a key contributor for User Acceptance Testing of systems and processes used within and across departments. This position will create and conduct User Acceptance testing pre and post release for the department. This role requires knowledge of products, department processes and automation, and policy management systems for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit insurance data for accuracy on policy documents and in policy management systems.
Apply knowledge of rating procedures for new and existing programs to confirm changes to rating modules.
Communicate with other departments such as Underwriting, Marketing, Compliance, and Product on product-related issues as needed.
Review assignments and research associated requirements to determine testing needs.
Create test cases for use in validating the accuracy of systems implementations.
Perform User Acceptance Testing and Production Output Review. Communicate results to appropriate contacts.
Review company products and system related changes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
Understand both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Underwriting processes to test functionality as changes are requested.
Assist with responding to insurance complaints and requests from Underwriting for policy information.
Minimize production issues and recoveries through testing and production review.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or Insurance related field required.
Equivalent experience may substitute for minimum educational requirements. Equivalent experience may include three (3) years of relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience required.
