💰 Salary: Up to RM5,000 monthly

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and mobile‑savvy Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure top‑tier user experience across iOS and Android platforms. If you love breaking apps (and helping fix them), understand mobile OS behaviors, and thrive in fast-paced product environments
🔎 Role Overview
You will be the primary gatekeeper of mobile app quality, performing deep manual exploratory testing, identifying defects, validating usability, and ensuring smooth user journeys. Although the core responsibility is manual QA, you will also support automation readiness and improve testing practices.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Mobile‑First Manual Testing
- Execute functional, regression, usability, and UI/UX testing for iOS and Android
- Validate app behavior across devices, OS versions, resolutions & network conditions
✅ Defect Lifecycle Management
- Identify, reproduce & document mobile defects (crashes, UI glitches, battery drain, etc.)
- Provide clear logs, steps, and recordings to accelerate developer fixes
✅ Test Planning & Documentation
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and scenario coverage
- Ensure tests align with platform guidelines and feature requirements
✅ Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Work closely with developers & product teams to understand feature flows
- Validate compatibility across different device ecosystems and OS environments
✅ Automation Support (Bonus)
- Identify high‑value cases suitable for automation
- Provide inputs to help streamline mobile regression suite creation
✅ AI‑Enhanced Productivity
- Use AI tools to draft test cases, summarize bugs, and analyze logs faster
🎯 Must‑Have Skills
- Hands‑on experience testing native or hybrid mobile applications
- Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines & Android Material Design
- Familiarity with mobile debugging tools:
- Xcode
- Android Studio / ADB
- Charles Proxy / Fiddler
- Strong documentation skills for writing test cases & bug reports
- Adaptable, fast learner, keeps up with latest iOS & Android OS features
