🔍 QA Specialist – Quality Systems (Jorf Lasfar, El Jadida)

To support our quality ambitions and upcoming certifications, we are looking for a QA Specialist to strengthen our Quality Department and drive system excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Your Mission
Ensure the robust implementation and performance of quality management systems, while supporting IATF certification, client qualifications, and operational excellence across the organization.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Quality Systems & Compliance
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems
• Ensure alignment of quality policies and objectives with company strategy
• Maintain and improve quality documentation (procedures, control plans, validation records)
Audit & Performance Management
• Lead and manage the full audit cycle (internal, process, product, and client audits)
• Ensure effective follow-up and closure of non-conformities
• Monitor system performance and prepare reports for management review
Continuous Improvement & CAPA
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across departments
• Lead the implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Promote a culture of quality, rigor, and operational excellence
Customer & Project Quality
• Support client qualification processes and quality requirements
• Contribute to APQP activities and ensure compliance with VDA 6.3 standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer expectations
🧠 Your Profile
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality or system management in an industrial environment
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
Certifications & Expertise
• IATF 16949 certified internal or registered auditor (mandatory)
• Strong experience with VDA 6.3 and APQP
• Solid command of quality tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
Languages & Tools
• Fluent English is required (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or WPS
