- Lead NPI quality issue and document
- Review product quality specifications
- Manage environmental regulations or material composition certificates (CoC/MSDS)
- Customer complaint handling (8D) and tracking
- Manage customer audit and 3rd party audit (FSC、ISO9001….)
- Supplier quality system audit / annual audit plan
- Manage regional ECN/ECR change processes and assess quality impact
- Documents control center (DCC)
Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Problem solving methodology (8D, fishbone, failure tree, 5 why and 7 QC tools)
- Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, MSA
- ISO 9001&FSC internal auditor certificate or equivalent
- English proficiency: TOEIC 500 or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering Management, statistics, or Printing-related fields.
- Holding Six sigma green belt certificate, CQE or equivalent will be a plus
