Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with strong expertise in the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirement analysis, functional test design, execution, and automation. This role requires the ability to design comprehensive strategies for end-to-end test efforts, including the testing roadmap, data plan, execution approach, communication cadence, and identification of risks and dependencies.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategies for all end-to-end test efforts.
Coordinate cross-functional testing activities with assigned testing points of contact and TPOs.
Align testing strategies with the client and other Health Plan clients to ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing.
Execute all required testing efforts (system, functional, integration, E2E, and regression).
Manage end-to-end testing efforts and provide E2E status reporting.
Socialize, escalate, and assist in the remediation of project issues, risks, dependencies, and questions.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of STLC, Quality Assurance, and Engineering.
Proficiency in Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, JSON, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with QE optimization, JIRA, strategic thinking, mentorship, quality review, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, team handling, and task management skills.
Self-directed, highly adaptive to changing priorities, innovative thinking, and possessing a keen eye for detail.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to provide guidance to team members for quality improvements and best practices.
5 to 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
