Quality Specialist (Chemicals & Pharma) – Germany | German Speakers Wanted!
We’re currently partnering with a leading company specializing in chemical reagents for laboratories and APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) for the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for a Quality Specialist to join their growing team and play a key role in ensuring product excellence and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and improving the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, REACH and industry standards
• Supporting production, lab, HSE, and engineering teams
• Leading root cause analysis and driving CAPA initiatives
• Coordinating audits and maintaining inspection readiness
• Collaborating with suppliers and handling customer quality topics
What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in quality within chemical or pharma environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & GMP
• Fluency in German & English
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
