We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing technology team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual testing, identifying defects, and supporting the delivery of reliable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
- Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure application quality before release.
- Participate in requirement analysis, QA reviews, and testing discussions.
- Maintain testing documentation, reports, and test execution records.
- Support automation testing activities wherever applicable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Software Testing (including internships or project experience).
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Hands-on knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and reporting defects.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
- Understanding of web application testing concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic exposure to Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Exposure to API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of Git or other version control systems.
