Our Medical Device Technologies Client is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that products meet quality standards and are free of defects. Responsible for developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control and improvement, as well as testing and inspection.
Duties:
· Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
· Design and install sophisticated testing equipment.
· Perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates.
· Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
· Collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
· Contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree is required in Engineering and 0-2 years of experience
· An understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the quality assurance discipline.
