Role Summary:
Pazago is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with over 3+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in QA methodologies, excellent analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software meets business and performance requirements.
Identify, log, and track software defects to resolution using defect tracking tools.
Perform end-to-end testing, including API testing, performance and security testing.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and suggest improvements.
Maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in software QA, with a mix of manual and automation testing.
Strong experience with QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, TestNG, etc.).
Proficient in API testing, performance testing, and security testing techniques.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
