The Software QA Analyst ensures quality throughout the software development life cycle, including planning, design, and execution of testing. This role collaborates with developers and business analysts to validate software against requirements, aiming for a zero-defect policy. Responsibilities include manual and automated testing, bug reporting, post-release verification, and troubleshooting issues. Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, API, mobile, and browser testing is essential. Candidates should have 3+ years of QA/testing experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in technical documentation and communication. Adaptability and self-management are key to success in this role.
