Job Opportunity: Quality Control Lab Technician
Job Purpose
Ensure efficient and accurate lab testing of pressure-sensitive products on our production coaters, meeting all specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to all company policies.
Conduct specific product lab tests following outlined procedures.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate Lab Testing Manual.
Calibrate lab testing equipment routinely.
Place non-conforming products on HOLD and conduct follow-up tests.
Retrieve and organize coater retains.
Support fellow lab technicians, including front lab tasks.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Lab Supervisor or Quality Control Manager.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferably experienced in the PS and/or paper industry.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Skills and Licensure
Proven job performance, reliable attendance, and punctuality.
Computer proficiency; Apex knowledge is a plus.
Strong math skills.
Demonstrated initiative and follow-through.
