Job Title: Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Manual & Automated Testing to ensure all product features function as expected.
- Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using appropriate tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve identified issues and verify fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure previously resolved issues do not recur.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes, methods, and tools.
- Provide feedback on product usability and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like [e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla].
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
