We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to support software quality activities for a remote opportunity based in Portugal, within the data collection sector. This role offers hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle, testing practices and collaborative product delivery

WHAT YOU WILL
DO
– Support the preparation of test plans, test cases and test scripts based on software requiremen
ts.- Execute functional, regression and integration tests to identify software issu
es.- Perform manual test execution and support testing activities using automated testing too
ls.- Document defects clearly and follow up on bug resolution with developers and relevant stakeholde
rs.- Contribute to test result analysis and share feedback to improve software quali
ty.- Help maintain test environments, test data and testing documentati
on.- Keep learning about software quality assurance practices and emerging testing approach
es.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING
FOR
– Degree or academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related f
ield.- 1 to 3 years of experience or equivalent practical exposure in software testing or quality assur
ance.- Basic understanding of software development principles and the software development lifec
ycle.- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and quality assurance techni
ques.- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and organisational sk

Base salary range: EUR 15,000 – EUR 28,000
