Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of standards ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in quality control tools and techniques.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, PFMEA and Control Plan,
Internal auditor qualifications
English – upper intermediate
Key Responsibilities:
Participates in the preparation of specific procedures for the internal Quality Management System – SMC.
Analyses specific customer requirements regarding APQP/PPAP, Quality Assurance Agreements and coordinates PPAP documentation preparation activities
Supervises the way the provisions of the quality management system procedures are complied with and provides advice to staff for the correct implementation of the QMS provisions.
Participates in the preparation of the internal audit plan at company level.
Ensures the audit is carried out by completing the appropriate records and collecting evidence that supports the audit report
Requests corrective actions to remedy non-conformities identified in: certification, recertification and surveillance audits carried out by the certification body as well as in various other internal-external assessments.
Participates in the analysis of complaints
