Role Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, user acceptance, and cross-browser testing.
- Conduct API testing and validate backend integrations.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear bug reporting practices.
- Participate in Agile workflows and contribute throughout the SDLC and STLC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and requirement alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and testing standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in creating test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.
- Experience with regression, functional, exploratory, and UAT testing.
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking and bug reporting processes.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and mobile app testing.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
