Responsibilities
- Processing and reducing an existing backlog of non-conformities
- Approval and inspection of hardware during the production process
- Analysis, evaluation, and development of sustainable solutions for quality deviations
- Coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production)
- Documentation and administrative tasks within quality management
- Organization and facilitation of review and decision-making processes (e.g., boards)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s degree is sufficient)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment
Required Skills
- Initial experience in quality management, ideally in the field of non-conformity management
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a self-driven, independent way of working
- Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus
