Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key responsibilities:-
– Implement and maintain the company Quality Management System (QMS).
– Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and company IMS procedures
– Participate in internal and external ISO audits
– Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to audit findings
– Maintain and control IMS documentation, procedures, formats, and records
– Assist in preparation and revision of quality procedures, work instructions, and process documents
– Promote quality awareness and continual improvement within the organization
– Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with IMS requirements
– Support achievement of company quality objectives and KPI monitoring
– Ensure proper document control as per IMS/ISO requirements
– Participate in management reviews, risk assessments, and process improvement activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, Marine, or relevant Engineering discipline
Relevant QA/QC certifications preferred
CSWIP/BGAS/NACE/ASNT certifications advantageous depending on scope.
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC activities
Experience in marine/offshore/shipbuilding/fabrication projects preferred
Knowledge of welding, NDT, coatings, and inspection procedures will be an added advantage.
