Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a QA Tester / Software Tester
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts (manual testing; basic automation is a plus)
- Experience in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Familiar with bug lifecycle management and tools such as Jira / Trello
- Able to perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and designers
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to speak English fluently for verbal communication
Nice to Have:
- Experience using TestRail
- Experience in automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman / Rest Assured)
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
Job Descriptions:
- Create, manage, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
- Perform manual testing to ensure product quality before release
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure issues are clearly understood and properly resolved
- Conduct regression testing after system updates or bug fixes
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
- Provide feedback on usability and potential improvements
- Maintain clear and structured testing documentation
