As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our users.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute systems to check for issues
Document test cases
Perform and document risk analysis
Record test progress and results
Code automated tests
Create test plans
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
Discover bugs within software
Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
Perform manual and automated testing
Research and analyze product features being tested
Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
Requirements
Skills:
Selenium / Test Cafe
Jira / Confluence
Postman / Insomnia / Swagger UI
Agile / Scrum
JavaScript
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
3+ years of experience with manual testing methodologies and test case development
2+ years of experience with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
2+ years of experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, Swagger UI)
1+ years of working knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Test Cafe)
1+ years of basic JavaScript knowledge for simple test script development
3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive test plans and risk analysis documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of overall QA experience
2+ years in a senior or lead testing role
1+ years experience mentoring junior QA team members
Experience with performance and security testing
Experience with mobile application testing
Familiarity with database testing and SQL queries
Knowledge of test management tools beyond Jira
Experience with international testing and localization
