Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through systematic testing, bug tracking, and collaboration with developers.
This role is ideal for someone with foundational QA experience who is ready to take ownership of testing processes and contribute to improving product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and basic automated test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
- Work closely with developers to understand features and resolve issues
- Participate in requirement analysis to ensure testability
- Validate fixes and ensure product stability before release
- Assist in improving QA processes, documentation, and standards
- Ensure applications meet performance and quality benchmarks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in software testing or QA
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
- Experience with manual testing (automation is a plus)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of web applications and APIs testing
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile development processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Exposure to AI-based or data-driven applications

This position is strictly for Junior level QA Engineers.
Senior-level candidates or applicants outside this experience range will not be considered.
