We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to define testing strategies, create and optimize testing frameworks, as well as audit and improve QA processes. This role requires close collaboration with DevOps, architects, and developers to ensure the highest quality of our products.
We focus on rapidly developing systems for remote configuration of video lottery terminals, management of gaming clubs, and financial reporting to government institutions. We create automated tests using Playwright in TypeScript and C# .NET Core. Our system allows you to explore distributed architecture and integrates a complex backend, along with web and mobile applications.
In addition to implementing new system functionalities, we actively upgrade its existing parts. This includes migrating towards a microservices architecture, utilizing containerization, changing communication methods, and improving the user interface.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Frameworks:
Collaborating with Product Owners and developers to model requirements
Defining testing strategies and implementing QA best practices (TDD, BDD, Shift-Left)
Verifying architectural solutions for testability
Developing strategies for acceptance tests and automation (BDD, SpecFlow)
Auditing, improving testing processes, and conducting performance, load, and security tests (OWASP TOP 10)
Identifying risks and providing advice on software quality
Test Implementation:
Independently implementing automated tests for UI, API, and E2E using C# and Playwright (TypeScript)
Developing frameworks, tools, and simulators
Testing backend and API functionality, integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring test results
Analyzing test coverage and optimizing the testing process for maximum efficiency
Team Collaboration:
Fostering a culture of quality within the team, planning regression tests, and providing mentorship to colleagues
Collaborating with team members on log analysis and error debugging
