Summary:
Responsible for directing and supervising all Quality related activities including quality inspection, production, and shipping departments. Oversees shipping, receiving and inventory control.
Responsible for quality assurance processes including first articles, job set ups and production parts.
Ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100:2016 Quality Management System and requirements.
Ensures all processes adhere to customer flow down requirements.
Supervises, plans and monitors quality, shipping and receiving personnel and functions.
Ensures set-up and production parts meet quality control requirements per customer flow down requirements, drawings and specifications.
Ensures a safe, clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Over 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Over 3 years of relevant supervisory or management experience.
Aerospace and Defense industry experience preferred.
Rubber and Plastic industry experience preferred.
ITAR compliant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
