The Role
We are seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, performing inspections, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves working closely with production teams to monitor and improve product quality.Â
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust quality assurance standards for B2B products in alignment with internal and customer specifications and industry regulations.
Develop internal specifications for new products based on the functional and performance requirements.
Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process, in-process monitoring, and final product testing.
Collaborate with the sales and production teams to understand customer requirements and address quality-related concerns promptly.
Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and prevent quality issues.
Analyze quality data and generate comprehensive reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry best practices, quality standards, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in plastics.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and make effective decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
