‘We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive/Sr. Executive to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing product quality standards by implementing robust QA processes, managing third-party manufacturing compliance, and ensuring regulatory adherence. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, establish, and maintain QA policies, SOPs, and documentation systems.
Evaluate and monitor product quality using control samples; maintain and track related data.
Address and resolve market complaints by conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with third-party manufacturers for investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Conduct assessments of manufacturing partners to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Plan and execute internal and external audits to monitor and ensure compliance.
Review and reconcile Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from contract manufacturers.
Maintain QA data trackers, reports, and quality metrics dashboards.
Manage documentation and sample tracking for new products and manufacturing site transfers.
Foster effective cross-functional collaboration within QA and with other departments.
Continuously identify and implement improvements in quality systems and procedures.
