Monitor orders / payment through the order entry process to ensure they are sent to the customer on a timely basis and turned around by order entry within 24 hours.
Receiving a high volume of e-mails regarding order management.
Manage the order entry process and ensure the revenue of orders.
Ensure order processing is in compliance with the documented procedures.
Ensure the filing system and information posted in the system is up to-date.
Prepare Incentive Calculation for Sales Representative
Prepare Training material based on SOP
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing
Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc
Able to start immediately will be add advantage
Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated.
