Role Description

Clean Beauty Pvt. Ltd. (parent company of The Bare Bar) is looking for a quality-focused and highly organized Quality Assurance Executive to help maintain quality systems and ensure compliance across raw materials, packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and finished goods.

This role is ideal for someone with strong documentation skills, quality system knowledge, and experience in GMP-led manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems & Documentation

  • Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, batch documentation, CAPA reports, deviation reports, and change controls.
  • Ensure proper documentation practices are followed across manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement of quality systems.

GMP & Compliance

  • Ensure GMP compliance across production, warehouse, quality, and documentation activities.
  • Monitor adherence to internal quality standards and processes.
  • Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.

Raw Material & Finished Goods Quality

  • Review and approve incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Verify specifications, COAs, batch records, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality requirements are met before release.

Investigations & Corrective Actions

  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track deviations, complaints, and quality concerns to closure.

Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quality concerns.
  • Support vendor-related quality documentation and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Prior experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GMP documentation and quality systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of SOPs, CAPA, deviations, and change control.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Strong ownership and follow-through.
