About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of food technology and provide support and solutions for issues pertaining to processes and products.
Implementation of Food Safety Management System as per FSSC 22000 and BRCGS
Preparation of SOPs, Evaluation of root cause analysis for internal and external complaints and implementation of CAPA.
Involved in Product Development, Product and Process Improvement through implementation and adherence of defined SOPs.
Conduct Internal Audit as per FSSC 22000 and GMP audits
Conduct shelf-life study of newly developed products
Provide training and transfer of technology to production.
Conduct sensory evaluation of products.
Provide technical support to Production and Marketing team.
Creating quality attribute sheets for signed off products.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Degree in Food Science & Technology / Processes
Minimum 5 years working experience in a Food manufacturing environment
Relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety Management System
Thorough knowledge of Food/Packaging Quality, Food Safety & hygiene, Quality & Food safety Audits, Product Development, and preparation of Operating Procedures/SOPs)
Able to work independently and as a team member.
Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Possess good time management and project management skills.
Keen interest in cooking
