We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Executive – Call Center to join our team at Konnect BPO Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating call center interactions, ensuring service quality standards are met, and supporting continuous improvement in customer experience and agent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate call center calls for quality and compliance
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance
- Identify gaps in customer service and report findings
- Ensure adherence to company and process standards
- Support continuous improvement of customer experience
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of Call Center experience
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and confidently
