Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the QA process, including scoping, review frequency, sampling methods, testing execution, and documentation requirements.
Assist the line manager in preparing, executing, and reviewing the annual QA plan to reflect on any significant changes.
Work with relevant functions to facilitate the smooth execution and delivery of QA reviews following the QA Plan and QA SOP.
Identify common QA findings and develop corresponding remediation plans for continuous process improvement.
Track and follow up on the remediation of QA findings until completion.
Investigate QA issues that may indicate fraud, such as unusual patterns or trends in product or service quality data.
Ensure that testing and documentation during QA reviews are thorough and align with QA SOP requirements.
Prepare Management Information (MI) reports detailing the results of QA reviews, including coverage, findings, follow-up actions, and progress on the QA plan.
Conduct periodic training sessions for staff to enhance their technical knowledge and risk/control skills, ensuring that quality objectives are met.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or related roles, preferably in the life insurance or financial services sector.
Basic understanding of quality assurance frameworks and process improvement techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with operational management tools and technologies is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
