Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain quality standards
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
Perform quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
Provide training and support to employees on quality-related matters
Developed internal Processes
New Product launches
Inspection of parts in all departments
Review and update standard operating procedures and quality assurance manuals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years Experience
Proven experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Certifications such as Six Sigma or ASQ are a plus
CAD experience required
