The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives at the plant.
The Quality Manager will provide leadership, technical direction, communication, and coaching skills to ensure the safe production of high-quality products to meet customer needs.
Individual acts as leader and driver of all quality initiatives, interacts and partners with manufacturing, sales and design teams and vendors to meet customer quality requirements.
The Safety Manager reports to the Plant Manager with dotted-line responsibilities to the Divisional Quality Manager.
