Duration- 6 Months
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting laboratory operations by performing various laboratory procedures, ensuring adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and contributing to quality control measures. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of laboratory results and supporting ongoing research initiatives.
Duties
Conduct routine laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols.
Utilize various laboratory techniques to analyze samples and collect data accurately.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is functioning properly through regular checks and maintenance.
Follow quality control procedures to ensure the reliability of test results.
Document all findings meticulously, ensuring compliance with GLP standards.
Assist in the preparation of samples for microbiological testing and other analyses.
Collaborate with team members on research projects, contributing to data collection and analysis.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience in clinical laboratory settings or industrial laboratories is highly desirable.
Familiarity with laboratory techniques, including microbiology and quality control processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols is essential.
