Quality Assurance Inspector
The Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support our clientâs manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in quality within a production environment.
In this role, youâll play a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards from raw materials through final inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products
- Conduct testing to ensure materials and products meet established quality standards
- Inspect production on the floor to identify defects or process issues
- Use basic statistical methods to evaluate product quality and consistency
- Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and update logs and reports
- Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to supervisors
- Support continuous improvement by reporting quality trends and issues
What Weâre Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Basic understanding of quality inspection processes (training provided)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, height gauges, or thread gauges
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100
- Experience in manufacturing, textiles, or production environments
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0â1 year of experience in quality or manufacturing preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- On-the-job training provided
Work Environment
- Position works under general supervision
