Job Description / Responsibility

  • Manage factory self-inspection programs and conduct AQL inspections at key stages: first batch, inline, pre-final, and final.
  • Verify factory compliance with approved quality standards, workmanship, and construction requirements.
  • Identify key production control points and verify effective controls are in place.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence and recommend Pass / Fail status based on company standards.
  • Identify quality issues, support basic root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Conduct garment measurements, workmanship checks, and verification of labeling and packaging.
  • Provide on-site guidance to factory QC teams during inspections.
  • Travel to factories to support product quality standards and manufacturing process compliance.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Skills Required: Sewing quality, AQL

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Buying House

Additional Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on QA inspection experience in garment/apparel (footwear or bags is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of AQL standards, garment construction, and production quality control processes.
  • Experience conducting inline, pre-final, and final inspections, including measurements and workmanship checks.
  • Understanding of product safety, labeling requirements, restricted substances, and lab testing processes.
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications, BOMs, and tech packs.
  • Experience working with international brands and product quality, safety, and labeling requirements.
  • Familiarity with basic root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate inspection reports in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple inspections, and collaborate effectively with factory and internal teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently.
